*These products were sent to me to review, thank you Tropic!* Sometimes I find choosing presents for people rather difficult, especially if they’re picky like me. I don’t think you can do much wrong with skincare and makeup for women, especially not Tropic. Tropic are a guilt free brand, every product is vegan, cruelty free and organic and will please even the fussiest of receivers. But is it good? I’ve had these products for a…

I went a little crazy this week and bought quite a few bits from Superdrug so I thought I’d share these with you, I took advantage of the 3 for 2 offer and the 40% off own and exclusive products & 20% off everything else for friends of staff discount. My friend Emilie has now left working at Superdrug and got a job at Benefit! Congratulations to her. However we’re also kind of gutted because…

I love switching up my eye makeup and it’s something I rarely have time to do. Blending away can take ages and on a morning it’s something I don’t always have time for, so when I have time to really go to town with my eye makeup, I’m very happy! This post is something I’m planning on trying to do quite often as I really enjoyed it. Taking and editing the photos took almost no…

I was a huge fan of Tanya Burr cosmetics ever since they first launched. When she announced that they were getting a re-brand under a new company, I was so surprised but as soon as I saw the products I knew I had to have them. I’m glad the package on the lipglosses has changed because I had a lot of the older ones and they would tend to leak. I picked up a lipgloss…

Isn’t it lovely when one of your favourite skincare companies decides to give their products a little spruce-up! That’s exactly what Tropic have done. Today they sent me a lovely little blogger box with some products inside so I could get a sneak peek of the new design before they come out. As soon as I seen them, I knew I was in love. I’ve used Tropic before (skincare and makeup reviews coming soon) and…

If you don’t already know, I’ve been addicted to makeup since I was just 13 years old. Ever since I watched my first YouTube tutorial, I’ve been hooked. The makeup industry has massively increased since then, with countless new brands opening their arms to us each year. More brands means more makeup for me to try out. There’s no doubt that my love of makeup is somewhat unhealthy. I think about it at almost every moment, often only…

Hands up if you’re like me and find the ritual of cleaning your brushes a bigger chore than tidying your room 🙋. I  find that brush cleansers can be expensive and usually they don’t get out all of the product. They’re great for wiping excess product off but not for that deep clean. I’ve found a way of getting brushes so clean that makes them feel BRAND NEW. Yep, like you just bought them.…

Ok so it’s not THAT extreme but it’s been a while (three years, don’t judge me) since I had my hair done and I couldn’t avoid it any longer. After a bad trip to a hairdressers about five years ago which made me scared of hairdressers, I had been growing my hair. I had finally got it to the length I liked but as you can see it was so boring and lifeless. After humming…

Hello everyone! I hope you’re all well. A few months ago I picked up the NARSisst Dual Intensity palette and I wanted to thoroughly test it before telling you my thoughts. I would like to say I was a little reluctant in buying this palette but I wasn’t. At all. It was truly love at first sight. You may remember a previous post where I had my makeup done by the lovely girls of Nars…

A few years ago I was subscribed to Glossybox. I remember eagerly awaiting it’s arrival every month and being ecstatic when I came home to it waiting for me. However on my fourth box I opened it and was SO disappointed in it, I cancelled my subscription right away and complained about how awful it was. I can’t remember exactly what was in it now although I do remember it being tiny, tiny samples…
