Finding the ideal sports bra has been a challenge for me as I only recently began exercising properly and regularly (I know, its taken me a while). Support and comfort are crucial when it comes to exercise and a good sports bra is no exception. Finding one that is supportive, affordable and looks good has become a challenge for me. Today, I want to chat to you about why you should wear a sports bra whilst you’re working out, because believe it or not – it makes a huge difference!
First off, a sports bra limits breast movement, which lowers the possibility of breast pain, discomfort, and sagging. There’s nothing worse than doing a workout and having to worry about discomfort or worse – an accidental slip. The focus should be on what you’re doing, not additional pain. Working out is hard enough without worrying about chafing. Not only that, but I think sports bras are GREAT to wear day-to-day too. I wear them often when I’m just looking for something comfortable to wear as a lot of my bras tend to dig-in or become uncomfortable after a long day of wearing them. I find that a good sports bra makes me feel amazing when working out and they look great!
