The Harrods Beauty Advent Calendar 2026: Is It Actually Worth £270?

9 September 2026 by Katie Meehan Leave a Comment

It’s September which is officially beauty advent calendar season. Last year I shared my thoughts on the advent calendar options available but I thought Harrods deserved their own post

If you have been here before, you’ll know I do this every autumn. I go through every beauty advent calendar landing in the UK, work out which ones are actually worth your money, and tell you honestly. The full 2026 roundup is coming as more calendars drop over the next few weeks.

But this one gets its own post, because it is the standout of the year so far and because it will sell out. It always does.

The quick version

What: Harrods 25 Days of Beauty Advent Calendar 2026

Price: £270

Inside: 34 products, 21 of them full size

Value: Over £1,700

Available: Pre-order now at Harrods, dispatching this month

My verdict: One of the best luxury beauty calendars on the UK market this year

Why this year’s is such a big deal

This calendar has everything you could want from Harrods. Twenty-one full size products.

Last year’s Harrods calendar had fourteen. The year before, fewer still. Most luxury calendars at this price point give you a handful of full sizes and then pad the rest out with 5ml samples that are gone by the second week of December.

Yes, it has gone up £20 from last year’s £250. For seven extra full size products, I will absolutely take that trade.

What’s actually inside the Harrods Beauty Advent Calendar 2026

The skincare, which is genuinely spectacular

  • Shiseido Future Solution LX Eye & Lip Contour Cream, around £186.
  • Augustinus Bader The Rich Eye Cream, 15ml, around £170. The cult one. The one people save up for.
  • Valmont Prime Renewing Pack, 50ml, around £168. The Swiss “miracle mask” that makes you look like you’ve had eight hours’ sleep and a facial.
  • MZ Skin Microtox Tightening Eye Serum, 15ml, around £155
  • Bioeffect EGF Serum, 15ml, around £139. Icelandic, cult status, and a tiny bottle goes a very long way.
  • LYMA Power Youth Cream, 15ml, around £80
  • Medik8 C-Tetra Advanced vitamin C, 30ml, around £70. Full size, brilliant, and a genuine everyday workhorse.
  • Skincycles DNA Defence Sun Shield SPF 100, 50ml, around £65
  • Clé de Peau Beauté Correcting Cream Veil, 30ml, around £60.
  • U Beauty Sculpt Neck + Décolleté Concentrate, 15ml, around £48
  • La Prairie Foam Cleanser, 50ml, around £32
  • Revive Renewal Night Cream, 10ml, around £30
  • Tatcha The Dewy Skin Cream, 15ml, around £26
  • Templespa Peace Be Still Skin Balm, 150ml, around £21

Just pause on that top four for a second. Shiseido, Bader, Valmont and MZ Skin come to roughly £680 between them. The whole calendar is £270. You could stop reading here and the maths would already have made the decision for you.

The makeup

  • Sisley Le Phyto Rouge Lipstick in Rose Portofino, around £50. A proper luxury lipstick, and Rose Portofino is a gorgeous universal pinky rose.
  • Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blush in Luminous Flush, around £30
  • Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution in Pillow Talk Medium, around £29.50. Full size. T
  • NARS Total Seduction Eyeshadow Stick in Laguna, around £29
  • By Terry Tea To Tan Face & Body Mist, around £29
  • Gucci Beauty Éclat de Beauté face gloss, around £22
  • Huda Beauty Faux Filler Gloss in Sugar Baby, around £19
  • Sync Beauty Lip Liner in Morning Yoga, around £17

The shade choices here are so sensible. Pillow Talk Medium and Laguna are the two shades that suit almost everybody, and whoever picked them clearly wanted you to actually wear these rather than admire them in a drawer!

The hair

  • Color Wow Texas Hold’em Big Hold Hairspray, 234ml, around £29.50
  • Moncho Moreno One Minute Wonder hair mask, around £29
  • Rehab Dose 3.0 Sleep Serum hair oil, around £26. An overnight hair oil.
  • Philip Kingsley Body Building shampoo and conditioner, 75ml each, around £25 for the pair. Perfect travel size, which is very convenient for December.

Fragrance, tools and one very clever extra

  • Montale Crazy In Love Eau de Parfum, 20ml, around £52
  • UKLASH Eyelash Serum, full size, around £21
  • Otis Batterbee Bullet Blusher Brush, around £20
  • Otis Batterbee Eyelash Curler, around £19
  • CurrentBody Skin hydrogel face and eye masks
  • A £75 CurrentBody Skin voucher towards an LED device

If you have been eyeing up an LED mask, and I know a lot of you have because you ask me about them constantly, this knocks £75 straight off. If LED has been on your wishlist for a while, that alone changes the maths on this calendar.

Who is going to absolutely love this

If you already use nice skincare, this is a no brainer. You get to try four or five very expensive products properly, in full size, without committing to a full price bottle of something you’re not sure about yet.

If you are curious about luxury beauty but have never quite justified it, this is the single best way in. You will finish December knowing whether Augustinus Bader is worth the hype for your skin, whether Valmont does what everyone says, whether Clé de Peau primer is really that good. And if you are buying for someone else, this is a beautiful gift.

The other two Harrods calendars, because there are three

The 12 Days of Fragrance Advent Calendar. Twelve luxury and niche fragrances with names like Parfums de Marly, Amouage and Thameen in the lineup. This one has already sold out online, which tells you everything, though Harrods has said it will be available in store. If you are near Knightsbridge, it is worth the trip.

The 12 Days of Hair & Body Advent Calendar, £99. Seventeen products, nine of them full size, with Sol de Janeiro, Kérastase, Color Wow and Chāmpo. This is the sleeper hit every year and it sold out in 2025. At £99 it is the perfect gift for a sister, a friend, a colleague, and honestly if the £270 one is a stretch this year, this is a brilliant alternative that will still feel like a proper treat.

I’ll update this post if anything sells out, and the full 2026 roundup is coming shortly with everything else worth knowing about. Save this one, and I’ll see you in the next.

Are you getting a beauty advent calendar this year? Tell me which one you’ve got your eye on in the comments, I love hearing what everyone’s picking.
